Raleigh Care Ltd currently provides care and residential services in Falkland House

There are plans to refurbish and open another unit, Albert Road, in the near future.

Albert Road is a residential project which provides care and support for up to six young people aged 11 to 14 who are vulnerable and at risk of deliberate self harm. The project is part of Raleigh Care Ltd but is run as an independent Home. The unit offers good facilites with spacious areas.
