The staff team of a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, Team Leaders, Residential Social Workers and a dedicated waking night team. We generally work using task centred casework models with particular reference to cognitive behavioural theories in an attempt to help young people understand the social expectations that are placed upon all of us and particularly by enabling them to appreciate the mutuality of respect that enhances and sustains relationships.
