We believe that every young person has the power to grow and develop intellectually and emotionally.
The primary task is to care for and encourage the young people to develop positive relationships, based upon mutual respect, and to create a climate of trust. Raleigh Care Ltd attempts to create an environment of warmth, welcome, informality and friendliness in all its units.
To achieve these aims the staff devise very detailed and specific individual Care Plans with each young person that identifies key emotional, social, behavioural, physical, familial and educational factors in their life. Sufficient time is made available for each young person through the fee structure, each young person having an individually negotiated contract based upon individual need.
